The Garden tools are made of painted metal. The clippers are fixed and do not open and close. The watering can be filled. Set of 3 includes a watering can, a trowel for leveling soil, and clippers. Measurements : Watering Can – 1 inch tall x 1/2 inch wide x 1 inch deep. Hedge Trimmers – 1 1/2 inches long x 1 inch wide at the widest point. Trowel – 1 inch long.
