In accordance with state laws, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within the U.S. to states in which we have a business presence.

Can I order by phone?

Orders can be placed over the phone by calling Dollhouses and More at 216-319-0895 Mon thru Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST We will be happy to assist you with your order. Coupons are for use on web site orders only and cannot be used on orders placed by phone.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Dollhouses and More LLC does not publish a catalog. Please note that we update our site weekly with new items, so for the newest merchandise we invite you to visit our web site frequently and perhaps sign up for our monthly newsletter.

How do I check on the status of my order?

You will be emailed a USPS tracking number which can be viewed online at USPS.com. You may also email us at Janine@Dollhousesandmore.com. Please include your name and order number in the email. We will respond to email inquiries within 24 hours on business days.

What are my shipping options?

We offer competitive shipping on domestic United States. Domestic shipping is a low $6.95 flat rate shipping charge per order placed.

Will I receive a shipment confirmation?

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number which will allow you track your order on the UPS website (www.ups.com). Some items ship separately and you may receive multiple emails with more than one tracking number.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We process most of our orders in 2 business days. The majority of our orders ship through USPS First class mail. You may select an expedited shipping method during checkout if desired. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed. Processing and transit days are counted as business days, and do not include weekends and holidays.

Returns, Changes & Cancellation

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept a return in the original packaging in salable condition within 10 days after delivery for a full merchandise refund by Gift Card or for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Wallpaper is no longer eligible for returns.

You must notify us by email if you wish to return something within 10 days after delivery.

You may use any shipping method to send back your package, and return and original shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We will issue a credit within 7 days after we receive the return package.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
What do I do if I have a damaged, defective or missing product?

All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please email us at janine@dollhousesandmore.com with any issues regarding your shipment and we will work quickly to resolve any problems.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, it is immediately released for processing and shipment. Although we will do our best to help you with any changes or cancellations, we cannot guarantee that they can be made once the order has been placed.
